Each application collects only the information needed to provide its features, maintain account access, process subscriptions, support users, secure the service, and preserve shared records.
Information we may collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, authentication information, and account status.
- Application content submitted by users, including event, Draft Room, job, message, photo, report, and workflow records.
- Subscription, payment-status, and billing-provider identifiers. Complete payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by 14767977 Canada Inc.
- Technical and security information such as device, browser, session, error, audit, and service-health data.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the selected application, authenticate users, provide shared workflow features, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, detect abuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used for cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, and content-safety services. Information is not sold.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion is completed through the applicable application where available. Shared records may be retained under a deleted or anonymized user label where removing them would damage records belonging to other participants.
