Account deletion
Use the in-application Delete Account function where available. An active subscription may need to be cancelled before deletion can be completed. Shared records may be anonymized rather than removed where deletion would damage records belonging to other users.
Unable to sign in
Contact support from the email address associated with the account and identify the application involved.
